Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "qq7997", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the qq7997 online gaming platform operated at https://qq7997.cam and all its sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses qq7997 in any capacity.

• "Balance" means the total sum of funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including deposited funds, credited bonuses, and accrued winnings, less any deductions for bets placed or withdrawals processed.

• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by a User from their own financial accounts, excluding Bonus Funds.

• One Account Per Person: You are permitted to hold only one registered Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or under the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be truthful, accurate, and current. You must notify qq7997 promptly of any changes to your personal information.
• Personal Use Only: You must access and use the Services solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. Using the platform on behalf of another person, or operating any form of agency, syndicate, or professional betting service through a qq7997 Account is prohibited.

Account Registration

To access the full range of Services offered by qq7997, you must complete the account registration process. By registering, you agree to the following:

• You will provide your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• You will provide a valid and active email address that you control and will monitor for communications from qq7997.
• You will provide your accurate date of birth, confirming that you are at least 21 years of age.
• You will create a strong, unique password for your Account and are solely responsible for maintaining its confidentiality. qq7997 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
• You will provide a valid Indonesian mobile number for account verification and two-factor authentication purposes.
• You acknowledge that qq7997 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

Upon successful registration, qq7997 will send a verification email to the address provided. Your Account will not be fully activated until email verification is complete. qq7997 is not liable for any loss or missed opportunity arising from a failure to complete email verification in a timely manner.

Identity Verification (KYC)

qq7997 is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all users who request withdrawals, whose accounts trigger risk-management thresholds, or whom qq7997 otherwise deems appropriate to verify. KYC verification may require submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP/Kartu Tanda Penduduk), valid national passport, or government-issued driver's license. The document must be current, unobstructed, and display all four corners.< /li>
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (electricity, water, internet), bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of yourself holding your identity document next to your face, such that both your face and the document details are clearly visible.

qq7997 aims to complete KYC verification within 12 hours of document submission during normal operating hours. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. Refusal or failure to provide requested KYC documents within 30 days of request may result in suspension or closure of your Account and forfeiture of any remaining Balance.

Deposits

qq7997 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum Deposit: Rp 10,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level.

All deposits must originate from an account held in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (funds deposited from an account not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will result in reversal of the transaction and possible account closure. No currency conversion is applied — all transactions are conducted in IDR.

Deposits are typically credited to your Balance within 1 to 5 minutes of successful transaction confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your Balance within 15 minutes, contact our support team via live chat with your transaction receipt.

qq7997 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees or processing charges at their discretion.

Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawal of their Real Money Funds Balance (excluding any pending Bonus Funds or funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Verification Required: Your first withdrawal request will trigger mandatory KYC verification. No withdrawals will be processed until KYC is successfully completed.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50,000.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. Higher amounts may be processed in multiple installments or with advance approval from our finance team.

Bonuses & Promotions

qq7997 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the promotional offer:

• Opt-In Requirement: Most bonuses require manual opt-in or claiming. Bonuses will not be automatically credited unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific Wagering Requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 15x, 25x, 30x) will be clearly stated in each bonus offer.
• Game Weighting: Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 20%, 10%) or may be excluded entirely. Check the specific bonus terms for game contribution percentages.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While Bonus Funds or Wagering Requirements are active, the maximum bet per spin, hand, or wager is capped at Rp 25,000 unless otherwise stated. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and their associated Wagering Requirements must be completed within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 days). Unclaimed or incomplete bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may have only one active bonus at any given time. Claiming a second bonus will cancel the first unless otherwise stated.
• Abuse & Disqualification: qq7997 reserves the right to disqualify any User from promotional offers and to void bonuses and winnings if we determine that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, placing opposite bets to clear Wagering Requirements with minimal risk, or using automated betting software.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on qq7997 are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published separately:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is considered accepted only when you receive on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your betting history. qq7997 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
• Bet Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on official results as published by the governing sports body. Live casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Togel results are based on the official draw results published by the relevant lottery operator (Togel Singapore, Togel Hong Kong, Togel Sydney).
• Void Bets: qq7997 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of: obvious pricing errors (palpable errors), technical malfunctions, match postponements, match cancellations, rule violations, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Live Betting Delays: Due to technical limitations, there may be a short delay between a live event occurring and odds being updated on the platform. qq7997 is not liable for any losses arising from such delays.
• Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Bets: Mix parlay bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must win for the bet to pay out. If any selection is void, the odds for that selection are reduced to 1.00 (even money) and the parlay recalculates accordingly.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qq7997 and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Collusion with other users to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any other third-party tools designed to interact with the platform programmatically.
• Arbitrage betting or any other form of betting that exploits pricing discrepancies between qq7997 and other operators.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses under false pretenses, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, or structuring bets to minimize risk while clearing Wagering Requirements artificially.
• Chargebacks or reversals initiated with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds with the intent to defraud qq7997.
• Money laundering or any use of qq7997 for purposes other than legitimate gaming entertainment.
• Hacking, reverse-engineering, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to qq7997's systems, servers, or databases.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward qq7997 staff, customer support agents, or other Users.

Account Suspension & Closure

qq7997 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion if we determine that the User has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required by Applicable Law. Specific grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stated timeframe.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed in Clause 9.
• Chargeback or payment disputes initiated with your bank or payment provider.
• Self-exclusion request submitted through our Responsible Gaming tools.
• Extended period of account inactivity (more than 12 consecutive months with no login and zero Balance).

In the event of account closure for cause, qq7997 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Balance, including deposited funds and winnings, if such funds were obtained through fraudulent or abusive means. If account closure is initiated by the User (voluntary closure) and the account is in good standing with no active bonuses or Wagering Requirements, any remaining Real Money Funds Balance will be refunded to the User following completion of KYC verification.
